RIP: Isabella Blow

Isabella Delves Broughton, Mrs. Detmar Blow, was too chic and too tragic to make catty comments about. Although if she'd come across a cat-shaped hat, she probably would have manged to make it look devastatingly stylish.

The Blows had an open marriage and lived for a few years in Eaton Square. It was a short-lease, one bedroom ground floor flat, but it was unique.

Blow and neighbour from Eaton Place were lovers at the end of her life.
