RIP: Enoch Powell

Although derided by liberals for his "Rivers of Blood" speech - they claim it was racist - Powell was a scholar and a gentleman. When we say scholar, we mean that he learnt fluent Urdu, hoping to be appointed Viceroy of India. It didn't work. Another failure was his attempt to beat Nietzsche's record of being appointed a full professor at the age of 24. Powell didn't win his Chair in Classics until he was 25.
